changes come in many forms, most of the time
when we least expect it and others when we
travel between hurt and unexpected conversions
when it happened, i let out a river of emotions
and died several times over and over. until now…
sometimes when i am on my own, i still feel death playing
the same tune.
as if he robbed me of every good thing except the
fear of being alone and constantly wishing for
the same look that he had always bestowed…
devoid, empty and shallow.
then it’s time to freefall again and i feel
my knees grow weak but my resistance greater than
the will to drop and exhilirate…
lest i die again and this time it will be once and swift.
